The way we communicate with ourselves determines the quality of our lives. Whatever you're feeling right now is related to how you're using your body. We can empower ourselves to take action either by changing the picture and dialog in our minds or by changing our physiology (posture, breathing pattern, muscular tension, etc)

and it might helps
I am doing great here. Thanks my dear friend. Hope you are doing great too.
Since I started to blog. I'm getting lesser & lesser sleep. People are getting paid for overworking & not getting enough rest !! I'm not really getting any pay for the blogging work... but I am as busy....what's wrong with me !!
Someone please help. I just cant get rid off blogging. What can I do?
awwwww...that is the CUTEST baby picture you led me to, Sam...how totally adorable ! I think I am feeling a little more sleepy now, that baby sure can yawn ! I agree with Janice, since I started blogging, my sleep is less and less and I tend to sip on coffee, which I know I do drink a little too much ! Thanks for the help with my insomnia Sam,..I am off to have a nice little nap ! :)
Jesse, you should print out that yawning baby photo & paste it at near your bed. So that it can help you in your sleep. Good luck :)
Hi Janice,
Already complaining not having enough sleep!! :-) Well, your problem is a common problem with all bloggers. I am one of those.
I believe we have to do some reflection to have this problem solve. Do we really need to rush or learn to enjoy the blogging? :-)
Best Wishes to you, Janice.
Jesse: I am happy to know that the photo helps. Looks like all of us are sleeping less nowadays. We all got to take it easy. Let's enjoy our blogging without sacrificing our health and family. Our body do need good rest so that we could do better! Hehe... am I telling myself too? Indeed, it is very easy to give advice than taking it :-)
Janice: Thanks for offering a great idea to Jesse! :-)
