The way we communicate with ourselves determines the quality of our lives. Whatever you're feeling right now is related to how you're using your body. We can empower ourselves to take action either by changing the picture and dialog in our minds or by changing our physiology (posture, breathing pattern, muscular tension, etc)

My elder son is rather dependent on my helper & me. He is rather timid, he need us to be around all the times. I'm kinda worried now. This post makes me think of him... I just have to tell him that he has to 'Go, Go'... make the BIG Step forward without mummy around to accomplish his goals :) :) :)
A great mummy always remember their children. This post can even makes you think of your son. That's great!
This post also for us to remember to have the enthusiasm to work on our goals.
Best Wishes to you, Janice!
Its easy as parents to forget that children need lots of breathing space and not so much coddling! Then they can begin to find their feet and eventually perhaps even fly!
Very very true, over protecting our children may retard them from progressing fast.
According to research findings, we should speak to babies just like speaking to a grown up that is with proper sentences. Otherwise, we are not really helping them to grow well.
Thanks Jesse, for your valuable thoughts.
